ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: Contests and promotions are open only to residents of Canada (unless others indicated) who have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees, representatives or agents, (current and retired, and those with whom such persons are living, whether related or not) of Cardinal Golf Group (the “Sponsor ”) its distributors, representatives, agents, sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, prize suppliers, dealers, advertising/promotion agencies and any other individual(s), entity or entities involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the Contest (collectively, the “Contest Parties”).

PRIZE: Prize or promotion details will be indicated on the posts.prize is not transferable non-exchangeable, non-refundable, has no cash surrender value and must be accepted as awarded with no substitutions. The Contest Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute and/or modify the Prize with a prize or prize components(s) of equal or greater value for any reason including, without limitation, but solely at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, a cash award. Should a winner be unable to claim his/her Prize or Prize portion as awarded, his/her rights to that prize or prize portion will be forfeited.

All entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Cardinal Golf Group reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to Cardinal Golf Group, including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry and/or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of this Contest (including, without limitation, that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Contest); and/or (iii) for any other reason the Sponsor deems necessary, in its sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering this Contest in accordance with the letter and spirit of these Official Rules. Failure to provide such proof in a timely manner to the complete satisfaction of the Sponsor may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.

DRAW AND ODDS: The odds of being selected as a potential winner of the Prize depends on the number of eligible entries received prior to the close of the Promotion Period. Sponsor’s (or Sponsor’s designated representative’s) computer is the official timekeeper for the Contest. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on close of contest or promotion.

NOTIFICATION AND AWARDING THE PRIZE: The potential Prize winner will be notified via the platform in which the contest or promotion is offered and managed.

NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL THE SPONSOR OFFICIALLY CONFIRMS HIM/HER AS THE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE RULES.

By entering this Contest, each entrant expressly consents to the Sponsor, their agents and/or representatives, storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted (if applicable) with his/her entry only for the purpose of administering this Contest and in accordance with Cardinal Golf Group’s Privacy Policy (available at https://woocommerce-867907-3214819.cloudwaysapps.com/privacy/) This section does not limit any other consent(s) that an individual may provide the Sponsor or others in relation to the collection, use and/or disclosure of their personal information.

JURISDICTION: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants and Sponsor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules or provisions. All entrants outside of the Province of Quebec consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario for any legal claims arising from or relating to the Promotion or these Official Rules.

In Quebec, any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a Prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

The Contest Parties, excluding the Sponsor, are not responsible or liable for any personal information collected during this Contest and are not administrators of this Contest. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with the terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
